Her career spans major labels, streaming platforms, and leading entertainment companies, where she has built expertise in MarTech implementation, vendor strategy, live event operations, and brand partnerships. She has worked on some of the industry's most high-profile campaigns and events, including the Super Bowl halftime show.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Maria brings a cross-market perspective that is both operationally grounded and culturally informed. Her work consistently bridges the gap between strategy and execution, helping organizations build the internal capabilities they need to grow.
